please make a system to not let the noobs to play with exprienced players.

Do it like if a player is belove 1k kills he cant join and play with the others except he play with an exprienced friend.

Don't let the players to start versus mode before they played at least 10 practice matches.

These "noobs" you mention are players just like you and I. They shouldn't be bullied and forced not to play solo rank bc they have poor stats. They're playing the game just like everyone else. It's simple, if you don't like the team that is given to you in solo rank, leave and don't make other players exit on your behalf.
