Community Update | 5/11/16 | Here there be Goblins!

Hey folks!

This week there have been rumors, let me confirm it.

Major Event:


The extremely popular Goblin Event will return to Arlor tomorrow, 5/12/16.

I'll post a full guide tomorrow, but it will feature new vanities, pets, and a crazy new boss. Get ready to do some goblin-busting!

PvP:


We'll be returning Twink Matchmaking to it's original format with tomorrow's publish.

New Client:


In preparation for an upcoming Pet augmentation, we are releasing a new client. This client will also see the return of Tapjoy offers for iOS, so if you are a non-plat spender you should have some more options starting tomorrow.

Removing:


- We will remove the Marvelous Weapons pack, never to be seen on the store again. Get it now and merch later!
- Jewel Chest will also be removed from the store, last chance to score some beauties.

Sorry, we are not going to do this because of underlying complexities. Accordingly, we're removing the leaderboard for the normal Lost Mages mine next week. The timer and leaderboard for the Elite Lost Mages mine will stay.

Just a suggestion.

When we update on Thursday, why not slot the Tiers (for balance adjustments) as 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20-24 etc, where the 5% nerf begins at lvl 10 instead of 11 and levels below 10 have no nerf (Till Lv 9 only weak jewels are used).

The reason for me suggesting this is that lv 10 to 14 use Standard Jewels and the use of Fortified Jewels begins at 15. Hence for a more refined Tier system it is better to implement this I believe.

im so excited in the game event which is the goblin event but what i hate in the game is the trading permit. i created a twink and it cant even go to auc nor trade and need me to wait 5 more days to have the permit. for me trading permit doesnt have use at all coz the story tokens that should be used for inventory//stash//auc slots will go for trading. (idk about other player if they like the trading permit but in my case, for me its bad)

Justg. Can you check the damage too of flags in twink lvl? Cause im lvl 5 twinking. The damage is insane. Like 70-100 damage per tick. Its should be 20-40 only. The normal hp of war twink there is 1.5k.so 15 ticks then we will die? Also the heal is useless cause the damage of flag is totally insane. Please this bug. Or tell if its intentional.

Pvp room lvls will return? Oh no i leveled up my twink :/
Sts can delevel me but i can only delevel 1 lvl once in an acc.
Hope sts can delevel 3 lvls :/ . Now im lv 10 :( but its ok for me. Tnx for this updates G! Im excited for the event :)

Id like him deleveled to 23 again if im not fighting 25s in pvp maps now every map.

STS was the cause, so STS should fix it. Wish they would ask sometimes before forcing stuff through. The current way of doing things just gives them more work in the end.

No, this means that the global PvP nerfs we implemented apply across all types of damage.
