Erased my account?

Hello guys,
I think I erased my two characters on accident. I upgraded my phone and it wiped it but my backup restored only the game not my characters. I have spent a lot of time on this game and money ha! Is there any way to restore them? I saved all my phone files before the update. Thanks -Brad

I think logging in ur account should solve the problem maybe.

Your using an unregistered account. Login to your account. Data and account data is stored at STS not on your phone.

I tried my email from the market but it says not valid. What if my account wasn't registered because i dont think I made one:( I have bought platnium and stuff and the address they email the recipt to isn't working. Please dont tell me I'm SOL
