What u a good set for a lvl 21 dex. Bird??

The best would probably be lvl 21 Sandstone game gear but its really expensive when i last checked. There are different pink items that are lvl 19, such as Recon Bow, Platinum Talon, Forest Bow, Gem Dagger, etc. There really arent any good helmets until 25 which would be a Jewel Thief's Avain Helm. For Armor, I think there are pink armor for dex, not 100% sure tho.

If you are leveling up i wouldn't consider anything expensive for this level yet. Look from item drops best ones you have got, those which give best stats for you. At level 30 i prefer to look yourself good gear, shivering talon or crossbow set.

Jewel Thief's Mojo Bow-bow is nice--lvl 20, 28-37 damage, 7 dex, 4% Hit, 2% Crit, 1 H/s, 1 M/s, 4 armor. It'll last you for a while--I used mine on a baby bird until I hit 29 and am using a green item LE bow (Killers Frozen Bow) now at 29. Mojo is currently running about 13.5K in the CS. But as Darkfader pointed out--you're going to be leveling fast and most of the gear in the lower levels isn't going to be a huge help for very long. I second his advice on Shivering, except I prefer a regular Shivering bow (but I'm weird like that. :) ) Last time, Shivering gear lasted me from lvl 30 to about lvl 41.

Who knows if he's lvling? It could be a pvp bird for all we know and the 19s hold their value because they are also booster gear. But If he is lvling Darkfader is right

Yea, if pvp get ready to empty your wallet for lv21 sandstone.
However if leveling, best thing Is honesty to stock up every 5-10 levels. Lv19-20 goblin and balefort gear should work.

Is buying the platinum armies smart? The ones that are 30 plat?

The lvl 19 and 20 pink gear as already mentioned can be found in Wyldwood, or cheap in CS. This will last you a while until you get to 25. At 25, use pinks you may already have. If you don't have any, keep the pink Wyldwood gear until 30. At lvl 30, you can get the Elite Pinks that will last you until lvl 40-45. You can use any items that help your stats that may be between the lvl 20 and 30 gear. It's best to save your gold, and this path will do that.
