Frost Storm

Ok so after reading a few guides, Everyone says to max out fire storm but leave only 1 in frost storm. Why is that? Wouldnt you do more damage and probably kill the mobs all with the combo with both of them maxed? Just asking. =)

That sounds logical yes. For PvE probably but not so handy in PvP

I am not sure if level of frost storm affects combo, but I maxed frost storm to do more damage.

It doesnt affect the combo itself but it does affect how much more damage overall you doing.

Well I dont have any plans on pvping, so should I max it or are nightmare and the other debuffs better than frost storm?
