Decided to make a sig café as well to add onto my Art café, I only started using ps cs5 bout 2 weeks ago
(Mainly for the purpose of digital art) but am learning fairly quickly.
With this "Signature Café" I hope to further develop my ps skills and at the same time offer my hand to
forumers needing a signature.
I mainly use photoshop cs5 and take refrences from other websites/or d/l c4d's and renders.
So, request if you're in need of a sig! Also, Gold/Donations are accepted.
Anyways, here's a few I've created so far:
(they look much better in their original quality)

The signatures are in order of my latest work. lol so as you can see,
I've gotten much better at making them, I've moved on from just image layering and
cheesy pocketlegends backgrounds to more abstract bg's to fit the signatures I create.
Each signature will take around 2-3 days to plan out and produce (as I change it a lot through
the process)

Order of request=
- IGN
- Donating or not (either sl or pl, I play sl more often these days though so preferably sl)
- Style/Specific color? (Any detail is fine- leave blank if you want me to design it)
- Size (normal is 400x100, leave blank if you're not sure)
- Notes (any other details)

ah, you should get the free "space time studios" forum application in the market. I think theres an option for you to upload screenshots.

I actually made one yesterday when I messaged you, it was way different than this one. The story why I didnt post it: I accidentally double clicked
the files icon and clicked "Don't Save" (I was confused why PS was asking me that). And....yes it got deleted. like I said, I'm still a PS noob ;_;

yep, I just started using different brushes today though, I was testing them out on Meowz sig to see what
effects I could create.

Hm, I would suggest, before you make such statements, you know what you're talking about.
I searched quite a lot for these specific brushes. I only used three brush packs.
The splatters comes from the brush pack "PS splatter brushes" by Jamie
The line effects comes from the brush pack "Infinity Brush Set" by ShiftyJ
The arrow effects comes from the brush pack "Evasion Brush Set" by ShiftyJ as well.

The flowery looking brush, the white dots, and the tentacle looking brush - all 'shapes' used in that signature. None of those are in Evasion, Infinity, or the splatter brush packs. They do, however, take elements from the Attack set. After looking at the brushes on 2500 pixel sized, they dont match up exactly on all parts, but they do on a lot.

those flowery effects were not made by me. I got a vector c4d from deviant art here (http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&global=1&q=wallpaper+c4d#/d11uofv)(which were explained and shown in my main post).
the creator of the c4d has used brushes, and you can find the creators in the link provided.


I allow for constructive criticisms in all of my artworks, but if you're going to still complain when all explanations are given and shown then that is a lack of understanding in your part.

Then I am truly sorry, I did not know what brush overlays were. I thought you meant the brush stroke effects in the signature, not the c4d. I dont fully know all the p/s terms and definitions. As I said, everything (the main parts at least) has been shown in my main post, and I stated I used c4ds. And yes you are right, the c4d is created by someone else, but the majority of sig creators use c4ds, its just how you make use of it.
We got off on the wrong foot, lets not point fingers as to who's right and who's wrong and take this any further.

I decided to go on a new style, more basic without much brushing. Theres only two backgrounds with one foreground image (the one on the right).
I added a transparent layer on the top half to create a "reflection" look, but due to a low quality upload, its not as nice as I would have liked it to be :\.

Lol, Ive edited your toon and done the background, ill still probably change it (i change all my sigs bg like 3 times before the final, (need to find the perfect one). To be safe, ill say it will be completed in around 2-3 days as i have uni and work.

I changed the style of the sig again lol, no c4d's this time, plain brushes and effects.
It was really hard to come out with a good background that fit your outfit ;_; haha but..
when I read your name, kinda reminded me of some sorta chemical lol

Hey guys, updated the waiting list, currently my main desktop is in the process of being modified (getting old and slow)
Everything is getting deleted, backed up, and restored back, in total- 3.5TB of data. It has all my art programs, photoshop, flash, corel ;_;.
So unfortunately, I wont be able to work on the signatures this weekend like I originally planned.
Hopefully it will be done by sunday or monday.

Hey guys,
As of now I will no longer be taking requests for signatures/forum banners due to other priorities irl.
Mainly being, mid semesters in 2 weeks, and my finance and accounting subjects are absolutely killing me lol.
I apologize to the forumers who have pm-ed me for signatures, if you're in need of one there are others such as flowman, or swimmingstar who
are great at making signatures :) you should hit them up.
Ill still try to work on the current waiting list though in my spare time. This is just teporary till my winter break,
for which I will be going back to my home country of Nepal and teaching english to local schools :)

After discussing over with my business advisers, I, the CEO of .Zaltiar's Signature Café Co. have decided to step down from my position.
Creating delicious, smexy signatures for the forumers of Alterra has been a great delight, and I only hope that I have delivered, to the
forumers I did make sigs for, up to your expectations.
Lol, in all seriousness, these days I find myself with less than little time to do the things I would like to do. With assignments, essays, exams piling up
,most of my days, I'm sitting in the darn library trying to figure out exactly when the hell they taught me the stuff they ask for. Like right now,
I'm taking a break *coughprocrastinating* from writing my 3000 word essay for management, which is due this Friday. askldjaklsfhja
And, if anyone's been wondering why I haven't done their sigs/ replied back to their messages, I apologize. :(
There seems to be a lot of new signature creators popping up in the forum, and some of them do a fantabulous job, I might just request for a new one lol.
So with a heavy heart. I'll close this thread till, whenever I get back to doing them....vague words are vague.



Alright, enough procrastinating, I must get back to my essay.
btw, I'm writing an essay about resistance in organizations, and how it's not always a bad thing.
