I mean I guess I can see this happening, if you just don't finish everything off..

It's possible. Either that person is being power leveled or that person joins games and doesn't do anything.

Very possible. But what I dont understand is why people would do that. People can level up faster if they help the fight. Who would put somebody through that much work anyways?? Somebody REALLY inconsiderate.

Some people have done it just for fun to see if it can be done. Sure, maybe some of them are "unhelpful" in someone's eyes, but I know of at least one person who will rename nameless who did it just because he was trying to see if he could do it, and tagged along in friend's games who knew what was up and we got a chuckle out of it.

ive seen a 55 and about ...7/10th with about 0 kills and 0 deaths

Haikus had one during 45 cap before the XP nerf at level 45. Highest I've seen was 51 or 52 with no kills or deaths:)
