I wanna know this too...shud i craft a planar or try my luck at warrior arc pendants. If STS would buff the arc pendants with some armor this decision would be so much easier haha

btw IMO the version with STR and INT stats would be better

I prefer the war amulet. More damage. You just have to manage your mana well, use VB or have a teammate cover you somehow in PVP. In PVE you just use more pots but your runs may be slightly faster which is worth it to me.

mybe u should get both PP and new arc amulet..cuz when u wanna sell arc amulet at least u still hv the planar pendant as ur backup and not ruining ur stat using other pendant
