Problems regarding Platinum

Hi guys. I just made a Bird in this game and it is level 27. I had used many offers for free Platinum and now I only have 1 left which tells me to complete the tutorial of Parallel Kingdom. After that I got an offer to download Bug Village which I couldnt download on my phone. I check the next day and I dont have a single offer. I am in desperate need of Platinum and I dont know what to do. Help please:(

Free platinum comes at random intervals so you just have to be patient and wait for TapJoy to release more free offers that you can use to get platinum. I'm not really sure why you're desperate for plat but there is always the option to actually buy some plat.

I actually have a problem receiving my free platinum from the offers i've completed. For some odd reason they are never credited to my account. I've had to contact support the last 3 times I completed an offer. They probably hate me by now lol..
