Today I bought 1700 plat with iTunes
iTunes money is gone,but no plats received
Anyone else having problems with purchase?

If u r using IPhone then contact to Apple and if u r using Android then m not sure why STS havnt replied yet

SAME thing happened to me!

Bought 1700 plat 2 times yesterday and waited over 12 hours. Still no platinum in my account. Itunes money and bank account money deducted.

The same thing happened to me 3 days ago. I emailed with the receipt of the purchase and they told me to contact itunes. Still missing 1700 plat at 90 bux =(

I am also missing platinum. 180 dollars for 3400 platinum and nothing received. Still waiting for support to get back to me...it's been over 12 hours. :(

I'm having problems purchasing as well, not through the App Store, but through PayPal on my PC. Get some message that states, "Sorry, we cannot complete your purchase at this time." This is the third day I've tried to purchase platinum :/ Hope to see a fix soon.

Apple deprecated some old functionality without telling us so there have been some issues over the last couple of days. We have implemented a fix and everything should clear in the next few hours. If not, please let us know. You can PM me if you need to.

After all the ban. I saw the leaderboard was possible. Since I was only 2-3k points away. Tried to purchase platinum and it failed. Even got charged for it and didn't receive my platinum. Lost a whole day or two and until now still haven't got my platinum. So tell me sts. Where is my reward for UNABLE to run the event without platinum. I even got my itune receipt and bank history that I was charged. Got an email reply from sts support saying the problem is on sts side.

So where is my compensation? as I was unable to purchase plat to run for the event and it has been 2 days.

If you've already received a message from support, I don't think you should feel the need to post more about it here.

Support definitely gets more bad press on these forums than good press, and I don't believe they spend their time organizing thumb twiddling tournaments :)
Be patient my friend! Sts is definitely feeling generous this week.

I couldn't run the event leaderboard cause I have no plat for 3 days now, patient is over due. While sts compensate the exploiter with huge rewards at no cost, here I am trying to support sts and get nothing and all but lost. sigh

OP reward for people who MIGHT have gotten 50 ankhs was lame... so is Apple... just spreading blame for fun ;)

So what is going on? cuz i ahve the same problem when i purchased platinums it says "invalid number" or something and the money from the bank just went out but the platinums didnt charge... oh and im a DL user lol

It has been 2 weeks since I managed to do some Tapjoy platinum offers and I still haven't received the reward. In addition, tapjoy customer service is non-existent. The only response you get is at the start by an automated e-mail service. This is ridiculous.
