Platinum Bug

I'm trying to get free platinum using the free platinum page for iphone but i have completed over 15 offers on the page but dont reseave the platinums(game install offers), i have also tryed this on ipad but still no fix i have done a total of 26 offers on both iphone and ipad but no help...

I also get platinum from free apps! It always works on my ipod. When you install an app try using it for a little while. This might be the problem!

i have waited over a hour for lots to go through and still my platinum count is 0

You might have to run the apps you get to receive the free plat... that might be your issue

i have run the apps what i do is use the free app page to download the apps,wait to app is downloaded, play for a few minutes and log back into Pocket Legends and no change....

Then open free platinum page, scroll to bottom and click "missing platinum?" button and follow instructions.
Tapjoy will solve it for sure. :)

Do not open the itunes store independently......you must access these apps through PL store and the get free plat selection....then download, install and open game to receive plat. Again, if you open itunes independent of PL, you won't get credit for free plat. Hope this helps.
