I need help clearing this up....

Is a level 16 dex bear best at pure dex or some amount of str or int? Im kinda new at the whole pvp twink thing.... And btw if u get the chance add pvpcrusher ( my main twink )

Some STR would be preferrable but full DEX is okay too :)

It depends on your play style but most people put enough dex to equip dex gear and the rest in str to increase health. Gl

I personally prefer pure dex. Having the best hit % possible is important.

lvl 20 and under, pure dex is the way to go. 25 and up is good either way. At level 30, riot bears (str/dex with talon) are extremely bulky.

Probably just better than you skill-wise (no offence). What skills do you use and how many points do you have in each skill?

Pure dex bears rule at lv16. It's like some others have said already... You'll need the hit%.
