currently im at level 36 with the following loot. im looking to upgrade to better goods if possible.
Pink Sniper Penquin Snowcap, Pink Shivering Frozen Bow & Pink Jewel Thiefs Toad Leather Tunic.
there must be something better out there, any advice is appreciated. thanks

That's actually great gear! Save your gold until 45, other items in between won't have a dramatic difference in stats so just wait.

ok cool, thanks for the reply. im only up to about 30k gold now. need to learn where to farm more. maybe i should stop doing old quests LOL

Did quests on main... Others are just leveling... Odd quest here and there

Swamp Rat set would be good but saving for 45 sets might take a while because from 36, 45 is quite a long journey. But also swamp rats set might be a bit unstable. By this i mean in cs prices are going crazy for this set but when you reach 45, sets are really cheap for an archer but it's all up to your choice.
