Loot items for lower lvl at normal map underhul

I was doing several runs at all normal map underhul with my 47 rogue but the question is, did I still hve a chance to get the set items etc helm and belt for lvl 51-52? Or I was just wasting my times playing there with lower lvl?

You can loot the set items no matter what level you are and they'll always be lvl 52 or whatever their specific level is.

That's normal they're impossible to loot at any level
