arc dagger vs runesteel

which one is better? i ask ppl in game already thay have different answer. now i want to ask you guy in forum which one you guys prefer to use?

Arc dagger because the stun skill is really good for getting crowd control and why i wouldn't use the runesteel is that it blocks your'e skills if the daggers proc like it says in the description

I've used both and arcane daggers are way better imo for the HP and the fact you can stun all mobs around you

Tombs, low elites - runesteel
Harder elites - dragon hunter
