I have referred a friend and he registered but I haven't received 5 plat.

Its been 2 days since I referred a friend, still no platinum as well. And I'm sure they used the email link.

do you guys know if they used the same email address to register for an account that you guys used to send the referral email?

Registering with a device already in our system won't result in platinum. Obviously we don't want people just making new emails and inviting themselves repeatedly. The feature is to reward those who introduce new players to Spacetime Studios products.

Yes the person I referred didn't previously have PL or SL. And I specifically told them to use the email I sent the referral to. I am used to these kind of currency offers and how important it is to follow the directions exactly, and I made sure my friend did.

He will need to register an account on a device that has not been used for any of our games with the email address that you used to refer him.
