A Guide to Farming Ancient Swamps- Bayou Boss Brawl!

Hello everyone, this is Whirlz!
I've decided to make a guide on how to farm Ancient Swamps efficiently!

To farm Ancient Swamps efficiently, you'll need to play the dungeons in order to unlock Bayou Boss Brawl which is the best map to farm there.
After you unlock it, go to the Globe Icon in Menu, and press it.
You'll have to find the Bayou Boss Brawl Dungeon.
You should be a high level in order to farm Bayou Boss Brawl which means you want to solo it. That means make a password. Don't make it anything simple. Make it like this:

When you enter the game, you will spawn near Vincent the Vendor. Please do ignore the elixirs he offers you. This is for hardcores only.
Follow this route:

Upon following this route, you want to clear the mobs in your range of destruction, the mobs being the crocs:

Upon clearing these, go forward and you will immediately run into a boss, Monsieur Lebow! Go own his armor!

After killing him and the crocs surrounding him, Fabio and Beaux will spawn.

Kill them then go to the right, stay against the wall!
Frogmar the Witch will spawn.

Kill her too.
Then keep going forward and you will find Zeke.

Go beat up that croc.
After doing so, simply just remake and password lock it.
Runs should take less than 3 minutes once you get experienced with this method.
After finishing farming, go sell on Consignment Shop or find a merchant and strike a deal.
Liquidate any oranges, whites, trash, greens, and purples that drop.

I always use an iPod to navigate the forums.
I'll use my other app to get it rotated later, I have a few people to farm with first.

The best way to farm Boss Brawl is to have 3 high players each go different corners that have 1 boss and drag that boss to the corner with the rest of the bosses. From there, have a killing fest.

If you have high dodge, even better. But it's fine to just ice or fire storm, beckon or stomp, or root etc. to get the mobs off of you so that you don't slow down.

Works best with a bunch of nuke mages.

Group-farming isn't the point of this guide.

I guess I just don't see the efficiency in farming boss brawl solo.

After all, by the time you are able to solo boss brawl, you really shouldn't need a guide in doing so :D

But BB only gives old swamp pinks. New swamp pinks are more valuable.

I start out in the bottom right corner of the map and circle all the way around. The bosses spawn as I kill mobs, then I don't do any backtracking.

I think the point is to not do the whole map. In this guide, both Le Chomp and the goat are skipped.
If that's the case, I'd actually just start at Zeke and drag him and Frogmar to the other corner for a quick 5-Boss kill.

i have a few things to input/ask:


Liquidate any oranges, whites, trash, greens, and purples that drop.

I've heard that there is a purple talon which drops from this map that is worth 50k~ , also a dagger. They are bright green. anyone have any light to shed on this?

I can understand this to prevent low lvl's from disrupting your boss killing pattern. But, i disagree with wanting to solo compared to group farm. As far as i'm concerned i have the same exact chance of getting pink items dropped as if i soloed and extra players will only make it go faster, regardless if they're inexperienced or low lvl players. Maybe i percieved it wrong and this is specifically if you HAVE TO farm solo.

The guide its self is excellent. I can see why this would be the most effecient way to farm this map. While doing this skips 2 bosses on the left side you have to go so out of your way to get those bosses that it becomes less efficient. I'll definitely be trying this out whenever i play this map, and letting my buddys know who farm this map with me :D

@Wish: I believe that dagger is discontinued. It's bright green.
The one that currently drops is blueish brownish.

It is taking longer than expected due to school but it will be eventually done.

I know this guide is abbit old, but id like to chime in and say starting by walking to the right past vincent into zekes cirber, and then walking up towards frogmar and finallt into lebows corner usually gives u abperfect five boss pile up that makes rhese runs just over a minute to two minutes each.
