Plat delivery delay on in app purchase

So I ordered some Plat. over 24 hours ago (and received a confirmation email) and am still awaiting delivery. Can anyone give me an idea of delivery time? Anyone else having issues with in app plat purchasing.

It took me 7 days to get rejected for a plat purchase using Google checkout. After that I used paypal and it was instant. Mobile purchases can also take longer.

Ya I have no problem using my debit card on Google Checkout through the app in the game. Takes like 20 seconds at most.

I just bought platinum in-app and I am having the same problem. It's been 24 hours and nothing. However, I have been successfully charged for this purchase, so I can't exactly explore other options.

You gotta allocate it to a game now. Probably forgot to choose SL on the web form.

In-app delays, no clue if you got charged. It should be there if you're already charged. Contact support.

Read the almost identical threads below... in-app on SL is messed up and it sends it to PL. Use the web form until they get this mess sorted.

What web form? I have always just went through the game to google checkout...now I wanna buy sl plat but worried it will post to pl...even if I purchase in sl link.

How long does it normally take for Support to resolve a plat issue? I purchased the 2000 plat package and the money was removed from my card, but the plat still has not been delivered. I have ordered plat in Pocket Legends with no problem, so this is a little frustrating, especially since Spacetime doesn't have a number where they can be reached.

I bought some plat three days ago and I still haven't received it.This is reaching unacceptable levels. We have several people reporting plat not being delivered. This should be the highest priority item on the developers/support teams list. The next item should be enhancers disappearing after revive.

Yeah i'm having the same issue, bought 800 and nothing. Hopefully will be resolved soon. I know my ticket was like 14305 to be exact, so i know they have a lot they have to fix.
