Can't use my second skill tab.

So when you are mapping skills in your skill window. You see the two diagonal rows which can be mapped.

You're saying you can add skills to the left row but not to the right one?

I wish all the skills would be in one big block like in pocket legends. :( You know; when you touch the little book at the top?

operator error. i didn't realize i had to spend points in the skill to paste them to the second bar

when i started the game, my skills were already there populating the first bar. nothing in game told me to spend points on the next set of skills to make them usable
