Make the level 41 gear we have level 40

I've seen level 40 versions of the level 41 gear i have. Now i have to farm for the exact same item i have but a lower level version.

Just revert the level 41 and level 43 gear we have on our characters to level 40.

Edit: Or just nerf down all these items, consider that some of them will hurt the pvp system.

Patience is the key, I like knowing a few of the items that will be out for us in the future...just hope that's not all of them for 40-45(need a righteous bow)
