Delevel characters u mean decrease the level of a character example your character is lvl 15 you want to be lvl 14 or maybe lower than lvl 14 ? I think that is impossible I just knew that you could boost lvling up your character

Send a message to support, last time i did this they delvled my character before the end of the day

It's possible to get free delevel (-1 lvl down) for free. For every another lvl down you need to pay 30 plat. How? Rename and email sts again. Works :)
