trial pay isn't working

Hallo,

Did some trail pay offers and completed them ( spend around 20 euros )
waited several hours to receive my platinum ( 900 plat ) but haven't received anything so far.

i think its not working proper so thats why I'm posting this here :)

already send a email to support so it should be added in a few days. but still wanted to report it here!

It never does.
Go with tapjoy(~99%), fyber(~80%), and nativeX(~60%)

Send a msg to Customer Support; they'll manually grant you the plat if you can show proof of completing the offer (e.g., receipt).
