At login there is the elixer purchase for 10 platnuim it says you must be in a dungeon to purchase. Went to dungeon purchased wicked dumpster 3x elixer and it still charged me 20 platnuim. Why?

It does not work for me tried it all ways purchased it fout times at full price. At logon it keeps saying "purchased cancelled you have to be in a dungeon."
