Not from Fathom Crypt. The Vyx Hate helm is from the Shadow Caves.

I read somewhere not too long ago that you could get one from the vyxxnar that spawns in one of the secret dungeons near balefort. Dunno how reliable the info is.

Those are the other Vyx helms, not the Hate one which is lvl 50 :)
