Confused and Questioning 25 Enchantress.

So when I started the game, I totally bought into the 'platinum makes you ownage' gimmick and bought myself the level 10 Enchantress set. I also did - some - research on the 'Paladin' Build. However, now that i'm at level 25, I can't separate from my shiny Enchantress set, and I find myself weaker than most other Enchantresses (full in) in all the stats i'm supposed to excel at, i.e. Armor, Health, DPS.

(p.s. I have 9 Platinum left over, I could restat myself and go Full Intellect and be that AoE and damage monster which I long to be.)

So I have several questions:

Should I respec to Full intellect and throw on a staff and be that beast?

What Item Set should I buy? Where can I find it?

Where is the best leveling at? (I feel like I've hit a plateau of stagnant exp gain)

Where should I farm?


Is there anyone interested in being my leveling buddy? :3

Answers to your questions...

I prefer at that level range to be pure int to maximize skill damage.

Items you want to buy depends of gold you have earned so far, if you have enough you might want to consider buying crystalline int set, it's lvl 25 from Sandstone caves and there many in cs.


Best place leveling for level 25 is lost expedition. ;)

1.) Yes you should respect to full int mage, why? because int mage is probably the best at lvling and doing damage

3.) You should keep leveling at The Lost Expedition until you hit 28 then level at Skeller Return

4.) You can farm at Bayou Boss Brawl at Swamp. If you get good pink drops they sell for a pretty good price, once you are at higher level farm at Plasma Pyramid Alien Oasis 2.

It's ok that you have only 9 plats left :) you can always get free plats.
At your level try completing as many quests as you can, it will help with leveling a lot.

Use a dreamers elven helmet not a crystalline

almost identical stats(if they're not) and much much cheaper

Well as lower level player / new player, gold farming is slow and you won't really earn much. At that stage I prefer to get best items by stats you can get with your current money and keep continuing forward. Its around 45 - 50 when you start to earn reall some good money unless you get good drop at some dungeons and able to sell it for high value.

When I started playing PL it was bit annoying that all possible gold went to potions and new gear and never had enough gold to buy any "special" gear which gives best possible stats.

Okay so I respecced, and i'm level 28 now. Should I continue going for the Crystalline gear? Or something else?

Frozen nightmare gear (lvl 30) will last you till level 40-45 its pricy though!

I remember when I started I had very little money and no plat. I ended up using equips such as Albert gear. Gives you 1 h/s, 3 m/s per equip. I stayed Pure INT all the way to lvl 56.

So if you use a wand/bracer combination, you will get 4 h/s, 12 m/s from equips alone. This allows you to save money by not buying potions at all.

Simply type, 'Albert' in CS and happy searching.
Also, invest in a good ring. I would recommend the 1 h/s, 3 m/s, 4 damage ring.
