I have to kill vular ticker. Ive done consumer testing amd shipping bays twice. Ive seen it before I had this quest. Any ideas how to complete.

Keep doing consumer testing until he spawns. Ive seen him in shipping bays, but i find he mostly spawns in Consumer Testing. Good Luck.

Just keep completing Cycorp dungeons until he spawns, then kill him! Did this quest earlier and killed him with out even knowing it!

I must have found this quest late in the game. I was lvl 17 when I found it. I wouldnt mind doing it a few more times if I was getting xp for it. I might go back if i get super bored. Maybe go back once I can one shot everything at lvl 30 since I have no patience.
