I've noticed a TON of beggars recently. I once joined a cs lobby and 3 people were begging... 3 PEOPLE! If some one asks you for some money say "I'll give u some money for some items". Do not just give them money or else they will go to someone else and beg. Also there is that little ignore button in the bottom righthand corner :)
