Best way to farm gold endgame?

I know there are already a lot of guides, but all that I saw are old and outdated. I've hit lv45, bought a full set of new gear, and ready to do some endgame farming. But, where?

Btw, farm locks, run underhull for gold heretics, especially new boss after kill Jadis... (forgot name) ...
Shuyal arena is still ok...if u loot vial :D

So to be clear:

Km3 for locks
Underhaul for heretics
Ren'gol for ....what?
Arena for vial, but its the least efficient farming method?

Also, is there a guild that does all these kinds of farming runs everyday? I'm down to start the farm :)

Farm jewels with jewel elixir in elite shuyal if ur rogue

Arena for vial/fossil if you get lucky

Fossil? Who looted fossil in last 2-3 months from arena chest?
I had opened near 1k chests-no fossil.
Im sick of arena, or my lucky charm dissappear....

Most of the maps that a lot of people farm (busy maps mean you don't have to wait long for party and runs go scripted and fast) can give you double, triple loot:
- Tindirin normal for teeth and jewels
- Underhul normal for glintstone coin (which you can use to buy sacks of coins to sell), gold heretic chests, and jewels
