Is lvl 26 pvp dead? Me and my friend are planning to go pvp at that level

There's like 5-7 active people at the moment I think. I say try elsewhere
I have 21 23 25 33 and 48 acc, 25-27 a few plyrs, 23-24 normal active, 21 lvl no plyr, 22 a few,23-24 much more, 33 dead, 48 best of that lvls, 25-45 not good, dont try 25 before cos sometimes u cant j 23-24 clashs so try 24 stay a few days if u dont like u must go 48 lvl pvp
And i know -20 lvl pvp good why d u want lvl up?I planning make 18 lvl acc after new pet systm
