Cryostar elixir

Hi guys i need some clarifications on the new cryostar elixir :)
Is this elixir have the same chance to loot vanity on elite underhul and normal underhul?
Is this elixir work only on cryostar chamber?
Is this elixir work only on 3rd map underhul boss or all underhul ennemies?

This elixir only applies to the Cryostar in the Cryostar Chamber and gives you a chance to loot the Vanity Cryostar Weapon Vanity Recipes on both levels of difficulty, and the Power Core Back Vanity off of the Elite Cryostar encounter.
