I've seen people edit and write on there screenshots and I just want to know if that is a app and if it is what is It called? Thanks in advance!

If you're on iDevice, maybe Android, not sure, get the Photobucket app. Make an account then upload your SS's directly from your device, then edit them on Photobucket.

there's this really cool app called sketchbook express and you can draw on your SS there, plus its free XD

If you have an iPad, try PhotoPadd by Zagg. I think it's still free.

Ya use sketchbook! Then you can upload with photobucket or a comp. If you want to edit on a comp, just use paint. Copy the photo you want to edit on and paste it in paint using CONTROL+V or going to the top and pressing Edit->Paste. To get a pic from Idevice to comp, email it to urself with an app (like ephotos or something like that) or post it on thread or someting and open it on ur comp.
