Issues with iOS devices

Cant log in on iPad and iPhone,i get a black screen for 1 sec,then Nothing at all.
Did factory reset on 1 device,downloaded al,still same problem.
As i have the same problem on 3 iOS devices,i dont think its an device problem.
Anyone else having this problem?

Contacted Apple support,Nothing wrong on their Side they say,so of sts support cant fix it,
Then its bye bye al i guess
