I have my own guild and i want to see something if i press give all responsiplty of this guild to a person. does thar mean he will control the guipd and be guild master or what does that botton do.

I'm pretty sure it means that person will become the guild master insead of you. I could be wrong though, I didn't get the chance to play SL yet :/

Yes it basically takes the power of GM off of you and transfers it to the other person, you will still be in the guild but you will be lowered to the rank of member. If u ever decide to do this make absolutely certain that you can trust that person, because without them willing to transfer the power of GM back, you wont get it back.
