level 21-25 mage pvp build question

guys maybe a little help for the build and skills?
i have a merry toywand, level 15.
what weapons and armors do you suggest?
for level 25 pvp mage?

Any of the lvl 25 sets chrystal earth or onyx though onyx for mage has only a staff ..

ok, now i got crystaline set, dex 60, rest int,lightning 5 , frost 1, fire 5, lifesteal 4, buffs 6, mana shield 5, that my build, still find it hard on some mages though

In this guide, I will be showing you how to be a good LVL 26 PVP mage.
In order to be a good LVL 26 PVP mage, you need the RIGHT items.
Items you need:
Dreamer's Onyx Cloak
Dreamer's Crystalline Golem Doll
Dreamer's Crystalline Circlet
Winter Festival Toyman Wand

NOTE: Please remember that the Winter Festival Toyman Wand is VERY expensive, only buy it if you have enough money. It is LVL 25. If you can't buy it, try the LVL 20 Winter Candle.

Lets move on to the build. In my opinion, I think the kiting/nuking build is the BEST.
Build:
6 blessing of might
6 drain
5 fire
1 frost bite
1 lightning
1 heal
1 mana shield
3 blessing of vitality
Kite "combo": Right when you get in range, fire and frost bite, then kite away. NOTE: the enemy might frost you, then use heal. After your fire is
done loading, charge at the enemy with the following combo: drain, lightning, fire, frost bite. DEAD!!! :-)
Nuke combo: Frost bite, drain, fire, lightning. OR: Frost bite, drain, lightning, fire. OR: Drain, lightning, fire, frost bite.
