Why is it whenever i send a ticket to Support it gets automatically closed? I quitted the game for 3 months/4 and came back but forgot one of my emails,Support keep closing the tickets whenever i send even though i do not spam them. Any ideas why? And dev please answer this

One time I was no longer able to get password because it was linked with a work email I no longer had. It took sts about 2 weeks before they sent me a new password.... I had to prove it was mine by supplying the dates and amounts of plat purchases.

The issue is whenever i send a ticket they automatically close it.
