Help! Level 30 twink

My character, BagOfTricks, is going to be a level 30 twink. (Because LE is amazing!) Anyway, as a Mage what route should I take? (I need to be able to pvp an pve.) I am full int right now except for the 37 dex I need for my ring. Should I stay with int and use all brain freeze? Pally? Dex Mage? Help me out guys :p

Also, skill wise how should I go? Remember I want pve & pvp... At 30 I plan to have:
5 heal 5 lightning 1 revive 5 blessing of might 5 blessing of vitality 3 ice storm 5 fire blast
Any suggestions? Combos? All advice is appreciated.

you might wanna go for any dexchantress setup using brain-freeze, the idea there is to have at least 100% hit rate. Take two out of icestorm and put them into the blessings, as you'll want those maxed and a lower icestorm won't hurt your hot flash combos. I would go 1 lightning and get DRAIN. It's very important in pvp and it speeds up boss fights by quite a bit (not to mention saving hp pots). The main things you wanna max are BOV, BOM, firestorm and drain. Everything else is preference. You'll also want mana shield, it WILL save your life.... litereally

Zerious is pretty serious with his builds. I've been owned by him before in PvP. Lol!

But you do NEED mana shield, keeping it at 1 is fine, if you go str/int, if you decided to go with dex/int mana shield should be 5 or maxed. But it is a necessary.

don't mean to knock you down or anything, but 1 mana shield is fine no matter your build is. With mages, your offensive (timing and combo) is your defensive. hit hard and fast. The reason i find investing in mana shield at 1-35 a waste is because the impact on armor isn't all that great imo (2 armor per level), but if you wanna give it a shot, maybe it'll work :) I personally use 1 mana shield on all my mage twinks

He's right. My shield is 1 and I have more point to add to heal and drain. :)
I meant the blessing that adds crit. It's one of the most important skills to have. I'm considering going from 29 to 30 just so I can use better armor and weapons.
