Why is a level 20 being told to see Hana Varek?

I just spent 20 minutes asking people, when I finally remembered she's in the tutorial and I finished the tutorial back in the second week of beta. What's going on guys?

Here's how I did it: Go to rockfall, enter first room to the right, use the terminal, read the email: storage password. Continue across the hall, use door terminal....that's the only one I find that worked, even though you get the quest in dead man cave.

So the quest is gotten in Dead Man but completes in Rockfall? Weird. Thank you. But where in Dead Man do you get it though? Only quest I'm missing, not not counting Numa.
