"updating pending purchases"

so i bought a pat pack, but after i did i noticed i didnt have any extra plat.
so i logged off and on, and all is well till the screen frozes with an "updating pending purchases" message. and it doesnt change.
any solution for this problem?

Seems like there was some sort of issue, but server just restarted for update about iTunes. ;]

servers are back i heard. i still have then "updating pending purchases" message.
