Housing with level

Hello,

I was thinking, what will happen if the houses have levels?, We coud level up our houses and gain experience killing mobs and bosses. The only different is that we for level up our houses, each level we will receive cool and amazing items, upkeep tokens, furniture sots and more for our houses! (Maybe all untradable for not cause drama).

I know you can purchase a house with full and amazing items but I believe this idea can be more funny :P

A solution if STS want to add this idea is that all the awards per level must be different and purchase houses must have not the same items.

Level 1 > 1 Upkeep token.
Level 2 > 2 Upkeep tokens.
Level 3 > 3 Upkeep tokens.
Level 4 > 4 Upkeep tokens.
Level 5 > 5 Upkeep tokens.
Level 6 > 1 Cotage book.
Level 7 > 1 Cotage vase.
Level 7 > 1 End table.
Level 8 > 1 Himingleva hero picture
Level 9 > 1 Blue wool carpet
Level 10 > 2 furniture slots.
Level 11 > 1 Ulller hero picture
Level 12 > 2 Gold candelabrums
Level 13 > 1 blue paint

Etc...
