-1. You pretty much need dex so it's smart to go at LEAST 111 dex and rest str but I'm currently 139 str 140 dex. Ellyidol has a guide on all of this so look him up
-2. Yes, many actually. Although bears are the weakest in pvp and mages and birds are very good. Warbirds are very good against bears not sure about other birds and mages
-3. After SL is released they will send the PL expansion update to apple. (forums on this already)

A fellow bear, I'm glad.
1. The best tank bear would be a str/dex bear hybrid. You'll understand more later on as you progress towards end-game.
2. For bear? Yes there are a few, maybe it's time for a big one.
