... two different townes, one for high levels (people that pay) and one for low levels(people that don't) cos i don't know about you but im bored of these low levels trying to sell their low level stuff and these people that say ill take your items you don't need.
yeah you can use the ignore function, but there are too many of them.
what are your thoughts?

No because low levels need high levels help every now and again to find out things.. its only fair .. i needed help when i started but there was no one to help because we were all in the same boat cause we were here from the start

they should just have high level cities.... where the auction house, guild master etc etc will be located

Thats what they are doing .. each campaign will have a towne and each town will have a certain thing .. balefort = auction hose
Fathom = player housing Swamps = pet shop

Things like that !
