weapons and skills of a dex bear !??

Im a lvl 55 dex bear,
and now facing the difficulties in choosing weapons,

actually,
an sewer king scarab,
or RR auto-bow

will perform better in pvp??

(dont mention recurve please I hv to save money )

which skills should a dex bear max ?
