Gaining XP even when its disabled

Hello guys today you released new content for daily quest, I got a level 9 rogue character (twink) and i have disabled the XP gaining, but sometimes i do the Cinder Pet quest, but today i made that quest and i realized that i'm gaining the XP and that means that i will not be able to make that quest forever or until you fix it.

Ack. I was worried about that. I removed all my quests, just in case.

same thing happened to my level 6 twink. luckily It was a very small portion of the bar

So my twink friend lv 15 was doing some pve thing when he leveled up accidentally he says his xp gain was disabled
So if this is a bug plz fix
And also a request to sts to automatically de-level people who bcam victim of this bug
