Send an e-mail to support[at]spacetimestudios.it and ask them directly. They don't ban people out of the blue. If you were banned there was a good reason.

As the above have stated. Bans are not usually random. They are always executed for a reason, unless there are a few exceptions which I will not delve into. Email support(at)spacetimestudios.com for your best bet to get unbanned.
