Im thinking On crafting planar pendant, i have all the ingredients. But also I have a question. What's better? Cryoworm heart of slaying/slayer or planar pendant still being the best?

Craft the PP. It's almost as good (actually has a large health advantage) as the arcane for much less money. Find the Design Blog thread for details on the arcane brooch.

As a mage the PP gives me +200 health and nearly the same dmg my Cryoworm Heart. Arcane proc is weak.
