Forest Haven hidden path

THe hidden path is still locked and I can't access it. THis has happened to a few friends of mine on PL as well. I have done ALL of the Forest Haven levels included the boss gauntlet, SEVERAL times. The only reason I can think of as to why this happens is due to a bug ? perhaps ?

As long as I can remember it has never allowed me to enter, I even did burkes quests over and over to gain access. It
