Did not receive platinum

I bought 5 dollars worth of platinum today about 5 hours ago and I still don't have it.
Does it normally take this long or is it suppose to be instantaneous?
Also Google charged me an extra dollar. Making this transaction 6 dollars.

I don't know but I bought platinum 4 days ago and it still hasn't showed up, on top of that they charges me twice!!

I emailed them almost three days ago and they still haven't responed.

You should wait about 24 hours before posting this kind of message, not 5. So how about you sit down, and watch some Television or do something else.

And by the way Google ripped you off, I have bought about 10$ of plat and have never given a cent to Google.
