Hello guys ive bought 5100 plat on my iphone today i cant buy anymore i get this error:Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/ i tried on an other apple account i still cant purchase can someone help me

Maybe your accounts got frozen by apple for safety issues

same happened with me..i called apple support up and they could not help.called the bank too and they were clueless :)
So i tried another credit card and was successful in one go...oddly enough both were Visa CC..
seems cards by some bank only have this issue :(..if u hv another please try
