i found that certain mobs are even more immune to stun than most bosses,

e.g. orc shaman (both underhul and rengol type), orc gladiator can't be disabled by anything

kelvin's AA that is written as 'always' stun enemies also don't work,
panic from samael passive, samael aa, nekro aa, slag aa, also don't work,
dragon sword proc, (that is said that will 100% stun mobs on every attack when it's proc-ing) also doesn't stun at all, even boss has 20% chance of getting stunned by the proc

is it part of the design?

thanks

How is housing feedback related?

Have you tried breeze or swift as well?

Mage cc skills doesn't work on them as well, can't knockdown, stun, nor ice. Clock mastery doesn't work on it as well, despite being able to perma stun mini boss

breeze and and swift doesn't work, it can be pulled though.
one thing i haven't tried yet is ice mastery :P, the chance of ice mastery to work is only 4% anyway, so i can't be sure whether it is not working, or not proc-ing...
