Can't refuse quest?

So when I approach a character, and click the button to get the quest info, there's an “Accept Quest” button, but AFAICT no way to *reject* the quest. The back button doesn't appear to work. I can accept it and then abandon it, of course, but maybe there should be another button?

Click the quest givers pic to exit out, to the left of the quest text. :) Only works when it isn't a console giving the quest. Consoles have an exit/refuse, but I always accept so I forgot if they really do or don't.
